As part of the launch of Storying Water, my new project as artist-in-residence at an environmental science centre, CREWW (the Centre for Resilience in Environment, Water and Waste) I hosted two days of creative writing workshops for scientists, water industry engineers and executives, and people who work on the water system in environmental and conservation organisations.

We explored the new nature-based-solutions site in the Lower Hoopern Valley, at the University of Exeter, and participants engaged in creative exercises in which they drew on their personal and professional experiences of the water system, relating to literary texts, maps, and audio.
